2. How did the idea for your business come about?
Pain & Problems are the two essential ingredients for a path breaking innovation to take place. As mentioned I worked with Industry associations and corporates both; with associations the learning wasdeeper understanding of Government & policy formulation process and with corporates the learning was critical role of legal & policy framework for industry.
Common thread in both the experiences was legal & policy framework. I realized that informed decision making is a crucial priority for top management & status of various company cases and legal policy scenario is an important aspect of this decision-making process. Legal vertical in any corporate is considered pretty unpredictable in terms of final results & cost implications.
Two key reasons for the above situation; one) was poor adoption of technology in legal domain and two)discovery of legal professional at the right forum with right experience and expertise in the desired geography.
Legalkart was conceptualized to enhance the technology adoption in legal professionals and businesses and the vision is to create a techno-legal ecosystem of where all key stakeholders to make legal transactions real-time, transparent and efficient.

Challenges are the stepping stones for growth and Legalkart team converted every challenge into an opportunity.
